i had gotten one order from seattle direct coffee, never agreeing to more than one order and i was charges 38.95 for an order i never authorized. i have contacted them 3 times since around jan. 12th. wanting a refund the first person told me it would take 10 days so i watched my account everyday for the refund and it never came. i contacted them again on feb.2 and was told it had been processed and "for some reason it kicked it out" but they assured me i would have it in 3 to 5 days, well i decided to not wait i called again on the 6th... read full review »
