I booked a room through name your own price on priceline.com. I selected a four star or higher hotel and was given a 3.5 star hotel. It has a 3.5 star rating on every other comparable site including Expedia, Travelocity, and hotels.com. Priceline customer service is horrible! All of their customer relations departments are based outside of the US and they all seem to be reading scripts. They claim they have no way of connecting you to a US based office.
