I was at the Goodwill in Cookeville, Tn. They had just opened up and I needed to use the restroom. When I got there, the door was propped open and a mop bucket was outside. I needed to go and really could not wait. When I came out of the stall a very rude female employee advised me that we were not to come into the bathroom while she was cleaning it. I was in such shock over her rudeness I was speechless. I guess cleaning the restrooms while the store is closed would make too much sense. I receive by email coupons for 20% or 15% off from Goodwill. I went to Goodwill to do some shopping. The entire time I was there, a male cashier was constantly having to call the manager for help, that or she was not responding to his first several pages. When I was ready to check out I went through the male cashier's line. He range up my total and I gave him the coupon, which he did not know how to use. So he had to once again call on the mangaer.
