Purchased a mini notebook for spouses birthday. could not get it to work, had friend try, same problems. called Dell, tech support for over 3 hours. transferred to other department.. over 21 days old, cost minimum $89 to repair. NEVER WORKED !!! no return possible, cost for repair of something new that has never connected to internet. Techs want to delete all info... FINE.. there is and never was any. IDIOTS !!!
