Chase telephone banking is very poorly organized. I could not figure out how to get the posted transactions to be repeated. I got a customer service representative on the line and after dismissing my difficulty as silly he could not figure it out either. He put me on hold two times to "research it". Everything he then told me to do did not work. I spent more than 20 minutes on the phone with him. He was incompetent, but I can't see how it is even his fault. Clearly he had not been trained on the system. Even more to the point, it is not an easy to navigate system. My customer service representative was George.
