I paid $130 for a pair of guaranteed authentic UGG boots. Upon arrival, it was obvious that they were fake. There is a link in their website to return a product, but when you try to access it, SURPRISE!, it doesn't work. I had communication with the seller for awhile until the "Chinese New Year" when he magically disappeared. My son is an attorney and even drafted a letter to them. I get no responses.
