We purchased over 3800 sq ft of Quickstyle Engineered Hardwood and within a couple of months the whole floor started cupping. This product was manufactured in an offshore country where humidity levels are much higher than in Western Canada. The moisture content of the wood is much higher, the boxes are shrink wrapped trapping all moisture inside.
