For the past week I had a problem with the DirecTV receiver/recorder DVR box which had not been solved. This continued after repeated calls to tech support who troubleshooted over the phone. After approx 3 to 4 calls the problem remained the same. DirecTV will do everything to prevent a home service call if they can help it. I was ask to repeat the same troubleshooting advise each time I called. I was very disappointed with the results of this experience.
