Two month ago I bought a Samsung M320 on a Virgin pay as you. Last Friday (May 7th 2010) this phone slipped out of its case and fell a total of two feet onto a gravel surface. When I found it one hour later it was not working. This it the first Samsung I have ever had and I can tell you it will be the last. I always used Nokia phones before without a problem and on the Rogers network. I contacted Virgins customer service line and explained what had happened, they told me it would have to go to the manufactuer. I told them that was not good... read full review »
