I had Direcpath for over 2 years. I abslolutely HATE their billing system. I received bills less than 10 days from the due date. Even if I paid my bill online the day I received the invoice, many times I would still be charged a late fee. I only had internet service with them. My invoice was $20 and the late fee $15. I never have a problem with any other bill and never receive late fees. After cancelling service, I had to mail in their equipment at my own expense.
