I ordered an item & noticed right away that the tracking was showing it as being shipped to the wrong state. Brought this to their attention. They did nothing to check into it, just assured me it was a tracking number issue (which it was not). So, I had to wait on this thing to be mailed across the country to the wrong state before they would listen to me & now have to wait another week for them to send a replacement. Turns out they typed my zip code wrong. Had they listened to me & corrected the problem right away, I wouldn't be waiting almost 20 days for my item. read full review »
