I received a massage on March 26, 2010 at the Aventura, Florida location of massage envy. I repeatedly felt scratching on my neck and asked the masseuse to remove her rings. She stated that she did not have any rings on. I again told her that something was scratching and she replied that maybe I was not used to getting a deep massage. I regularly receive deep tissue massages at my Massage Envy location in California.
