The price and shipping features were excellent however the actual ordered item had a viatl part missing delivery. I spoke with a customer service agent (after hours of calling the 800#) and was told that I'd receive a callback after she checked with the factory site about the incomplete order. I have not had any contact from PARTSGEEK nor have I been able to speak with a live person after leaving numerous voice messages and emails requesting support.
