Silver Cloud Inn

I had a wonderful time at the Silver Cloud Inn on Lake Union, Seattle. The staff there was friendly, and they helped us when we wanted to order in our food. My wife and I stayed there on Valentines Day and went around the Seattle area. They have a great program with the shuttle from the Hotel to the Seattle area, and it is able to pick you up or take you anywhere in Seattle every half hour. I would like to compliment the sales staff at Kay Jewelers in Yakima, WA. I have been treated their with great service, no issues at all. I have purchased my wifes rings, my ring, my ear rings, my watch, and my wifes watch from that store. They are always friendly, and willing to help. They always try to get us a little better deal then whats in the ad, and i really appericate that. Not really a complaint, but it would be nice to know why my account gets charged when I use the over-the-phone automation banking, when getting details on my account, like balance, available balance, and charges/deposits that are pending. Why the charge? I know that this only occurres after using their over-the-phone automation system more than four times per month. read full review »
