I purchased a dietary supplement from the above listed company. Then a few days later an additional charge of $59.99 was taken out of my checking account!! So i called the company and had them fax me a refund form for the unauthorized charge, waited for the refund to come in the mail or be put back in my account and it never happened. So i called again today 2-6-09 and they told me they have no record of the fax and they will be back in touch with me about the matter.
