I've visited TM Point Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara, Selangor on 3rd August 2010 between 1100-1330 to make changes for my land line & Streamyx account as I had move in to my own house in Shah Alam. I've been given and ID#: 296-043384-001 and being advise the action will be taken within 3-5 working days which if the contractor have any issue they will call my mobile. CIMB Management, Please take a look seriously into your customer. You have a Customer Service Department but it has no meaning if this department can't help with customer enquiries, complaints and satisfaction. Noted that CIMB is part of Government Lick Company (GLC) in Malaysia. Therefore, you are half corporate and half government company.
