Etihad service was dismally punitive against us. Bad enough that the web site did not accept our credit cards; it lied to us by saying we were timing out, with 10 seconds of processing. We tried from 2 different computers and servers. Then we were told we had to drive across town to purchase the ticket; we were told we could not purchase the ticket at the office Etihad at the airport.
