23 April 2010, I had booking on flight and hotel to Kota Kinabalu (BKI) through online booking (go holiday). During the booking process, there was some bug which noted. The bug shown the application is not able to show one of the hotels listed for booking. Hence, I proceed to choose another, without knowing that could cause me now the distressed, unhappiness and a huge amount of RM1700+ for 3 pax flights to BKI.
