The Sales consultant at their Tottenham Court Road Branch ordered the wrong bed, no apologies nothing only abuse such as telling you to 'shut up' when I complained to the Branch in person, Customer services on the phone were just as bad if not worse. Company would not give full refund, they take 20% if you do ask for one even though it's their fault! Took another 4 weeks to get the bed we originally asked for, had to be re-ordered unfortunately by the same arrogant Sales Consultant. Company from top to the bottom is a complete shambles, no Customer Service whatsoever, avoid at all costs and take your money somewhere else!!! read full review »
