My 75 year old parents have been paying $204.00 a month since 2003, beleiving they could get home modifications when they needed it (the only bathrooms are upstairs). I filed the initial claim March 15, they have stalled until April 26, when they said the claim was approved, and the check was in the mail. April 27, they sent a letter saying the claim could not be processed until they recieved the actual bill for the lift, the policy does not state costs are to be incured out-of-pocket, my parents do not have $3000.00 up front and the medical suply company will not bill.
