I have complained about my landline not working on 9th May, till date nobody has called back from etisalat to rectify the same. Every single day I have been following up and i get the same answer that the complaint has been forwarded or escalated to the right person. I leave behind 3 small kids and my mom to come and work, and it is really painful not to be able to contact them to check if everything is ok. I can't believe the services of Etisalat can be so pathetic . Do I need to bribe somebody there to get my problem resolved. ?Please advise read full review »
