I was called about my bill, I told the person I would like to pay my bill, but at this time my husband and I aren't working.The woman told me to hold on.She came back and told me that they were going to go ahead and credit my bill $100.00, and if I can pay $50.00 by the 26th of May that they would turn us back on.We paid that $50.00 on May 14th, over the phone.I called and they told me there was nothing in computers or thier notes about the $100.00 credit.That phone call I got should have been recorded.She called me at 6:10 pm on May 10 2010, and the number she called from was 1-866-544-8416.Please help me out. read full review »
