Since the time Airtel Call home automated their systems, they have tightened their security rules such that it does not allow me to recharge the account with any credit card. I could use the same credit card else where just fine but when i try to recharge, it says -certain rules in the system are preventing to recharge. The worst part to this is the amount is being billed to the card without any transaction reference, so it takes another one month to get that off my statement. It is frustrating experience. I have spoken to Airtel Call HOme customer care executives and they have not been successful in giving a resolution to me till now. Airtel Sucks... read full review »
