I purchased an IWC replica watch about 6 months ago for $499.00. It was quickly apparent the watch was defective ( poor timekeeping, etc.) I was told to return the watch for repair or replacement. I did so at my expense of $150.00. I had to return it twice because the first time they refused delivery supposedly because Chinese Customs was going to charge them duty.
