I hired Claude D. Boone of Mobile, ALabama, in October of 2008 to represent me in my divorce. He charged me $2500 up front. My court date for the divorce was six months later. I showed up for court and after waiting for Claude for an hour, I finally called his office and his secretary said my court date was rescheduled and no one had called me.
