January 6 2007, I made a cash out of $500. Cash out is made every Wed., but I did not get paid. After a few days, I sent a ticket asking why I did not get paid as I was put on pending. I was told that a contact will be made to the accounting department. After a week was still no response. So, every 2 weeks I sent a ticket why my money was still pending, and I was told the same thing to be patient and they will ask again the accounting department. This is going on since January.
