The jiffy stand on a 2009 Softail wasn't locking correctly and the bike fell over. The dealer put all the blame on the bike owner. Apparantly when you get off your bike you have to pull the bike back and lock the kickstand. the weight of the bike won't lock th kickstand alone. Almost mwkes me want to go back to the metric bikes. At least they wanted the buisness and customer service ment somthing. read full review »
