We just received a letter from them that they under estimated ouer escrow and that our mortgage payment was going up an extra $235.00 a month. Our taxes have not gone up . Our homeowners went up like $30.00. We are going down to only 1 income the end of May. So they are having me do the loan modification thing. They told me call back every 7 to 10 days to see how things are comming and they should have an answer for me by the end of the month.
