I ordered items totalling approx £290 from my cataloge Ambrose Wilson and waited and waited I tracked my order and noticed it was marked as delivered!!! 7/04/10 which it was not. I contacted my catalogue who said I had to wait another week. Still no parcel so I again contacted Ambrose Wilson this time the responce was good but fragmented. The upshot was that the courier said they had delivered it and left it in my porch which is again strange as I do not have a porch.
