Hi i am writing regarding the free sale you had on the 18th. i got free tickets for me and my partner which i was very happy until the web site went down and our details and everything got wiped. i called up and was in the phone for 2hrs which the customer service man that answered said there was nothing he could do and that i would have to just try again, the man never said sorry he basically said bad luck, i said i wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said it would not matter as they would say the same thing, by this time i was mad and... read full review »
