Theocharis Georgopoulos also known as Harris/Haris/Theo takes peoples deposits, does a little bit of work and does not finish job but cashes all cheques immediately.Once he has his money he will not come back. Do a search of him online, he has been doing this for years. He currently lives in Markham Ont.
