Probably one of the worst lease return experiences that I have ever had. I will never purchase or lease another BMW again. At lease end, I was under my mile limit and the car was spotless...but they did everything that they could to squeeze money out of me..including finding a small scratch underneath the car bumper and charging me $800 for special run-flat tires (this was not explained to me at the time of lease signing)...it's a huge deal - Those tires are $300 - $400 each on the market.
