Fed Ex said they delivered a package to my house on December 31, 2009 at 10:43 am. I contacted them that evening to say I had not received the package. The Fed Ex rep said they would contact me Monday January 4. They never contacted me. I contacted them on the 5th. They said they would contact me on the 6th. Again, no effort to contact me. Long story short, they have never contacted me and have given me the run around. My advice is to use UPS as the Fed ex customer service is awful. read full review »
