I have serious problem with the way their customer service is handled. I had always heard rumors about how crappy their customer service and just service in general is but I didn't believe it till now. How can they still be in business especially in this economy. I attempted to call customer service and the gentleman was no help at all nor would he transfer me to a manager when I asked.
