I am from Chennai and own a Onida Microwave oven(Model 25LTS22). Two months back the oven was giving problem as whenever it was switched on, the entire power supply of the house trips off. I registered a complaint through the customer service centre. An executive named Jayabalan from Adonis electronics, valasarawakkam(authorised service centre) came home on 6th March 2010 and checked the oven and told there is no fault in the oven and asked us to check electric lines.He collected 350 Rs as service charge and told us that in case if the... read full review »
