A roanoke city parking enforcement officer has been harrassing me and some of my co-workers. Mostly the officer "S. Clay" has been harrassing me. It started when the officer gave me a parking ticket one day (I deserved it) for parking over 1 hour in front of our office. I was leaving right when he pulled up and told him I was getting ready to leave and he said too late and gave me a ticket, I looked at my tires and there was no chaulk mark whichthey use to mark your car to see if you have left and reparked.
