The owner and operator ROSE LISI lied to us about EVERYTHING. First she was honoring a contract from Elegant Occasions which she was partners in. The partners split but instead she told us that her partner left because she got CANCER. Only a week before the wedding she tells us that her partner doesn't have cancer but she left because they no longer get along and that she is honoring the contracts without her former partner's knowledge.
