My brother is in a mess with bank of america. He ahas been fighting with them for 6 months about his HELOC loan. He recently hired United Law GRoup to represent him. He paid them$ 2500.00. They DO NOT return phone calls and DID NOT show up in court even tho they were well aware of the date.They have done nothing to remodify the loan. There is another court date on june 22nd .They still have not filed a motion on my brothers behalf or worked with bank of america to re modify the loan.
