I called to cancel the Bromalite 14-day trial and customer service did answer after about 25 min of been in hold...I spoke to Mary Lou who verified my info and assured me will process the cancellation. She gave me a confirmation #. I'm cancelling within the 14 day trial period and so far I have only received the $4.95 Shipping Charge, I asked if I could return the product but it seems that there is no return address.
