I ordered two pairs of sneakers from this website on March 6, 2010. When I recieved the sneakers they were too small. I sent the sneakers back for a refund through usps via ems. After I shipped them out, I tracked them om ems.com website. The first two times that I tracked them, the delivery status showed that something went wrong. The third time when I tracked them, the delivery status diplayed that the sneakers were delivered on May 6, 2010. The refund process takes 5-7 business days once sneakers are recieved and inspected.
