I made a withdrawal on 11/10/2007 for $780.14. They claimed they were having problems with Epassporte. So the only option avaliable to me was a withdrawal by check since I live in the United States. On their website they list a withdrawal by check taking 4-5 weeks. So after 5 weeks and no check I started emailing support.
