My complaint is against 123vacations of Doral Florida. This agency took my money without explaining what the so called vacation involved. I was watching Televisa and a voice came on during the program saying win a vacation if you answer a question. Since 123vacations did not show that they were sponsoring the contest I thought Televisa was having a contest. When many companies sponsor a contest the company uses its name.
