My friend and I bought in Napa, CA. We thought we were buying points only to apply to our Hawaii points/property, and were assured there was no property being purchased. We started receiving maintenance bills. Phone calls were made to inquire what was going on but were not returned. E-mails either. Two trips to SV club office in San Francisco did not resolve the issue. Neither did a letter direct to the CEO, Sheldon Ginsberg. This is a dishonest, money grubbing company. Don't buy from them.
