last year i purchased a 1.5 ton hitachi split ac .now it needs a service/cleaning.the dealer says he is not responsible for servicing/cleaning and passed me the no of customer call center.to my surprise such a big and reputed brand has a call center which is non functioal.i had been trying that no since yesterday and there is no response.it is really very shameful. read full review »
