I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT I HAVE GIVEN A COMPLAINT FOR STAFF MISBEHAVING ON 23/07/2009 WITH HAINES ROAD BRANCH OF UNION BANK OF INDIA, COMPLAINT NO.: 493020. THE BANK TOOK 6 MONTHS TO REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT, I RECEIVED A REPLY ON 20/01/2010 QUOTING "we strive to give you better service.
