Norton charged my credit card $99.99 as an annual renewal Reference 74313190124 on the 5-5-2010 This was not authorised by me as this amount does not require authorisation it was debitted to my credit card without supplying any product. I have not used norton for over 12 months. The last time I purchased their product it would not download to my computor so I changed internet security. If norton returns my money I wont take this any further within 14 days. Also I would like norton to take my credit card details off their system. Kind regards Russell read full review »
