After waiting 15 minutes at the counter to be served, with only one person in front - was served by the shift supervisor. Was told that it didn't matter that I didn't want chicken wings in my dinner box, the rules were that it had to have at least two because head office says so. Was told that if I didn't want them, don't buy that meal. Another customer beside me placed an order with another staff member, asked for the same lack of chicken wings and got what he wanted!!?
