Laptop City in El Paso, Texas sells and repairs laptops. I exchanged my Toshiba laptop for an HP Pavilion, because the cost to repair my laptop was more expensive than buying a used laptop. Big mistake! The store owner failed to explain what the warranty covered. I told him the cooling fans did not work, and he said he could fix them at a $90 dollar per hour labor rate. I told him that's a rip off and why doesn't he warranty what he sells. I filed a complaint with the BBB, but my complaint was never resolved. Avoid this store like the plague.!
