My husband and I filled this year tax return with H&R Block. The person who claimed to be an expert on first time home buyers, had to ask many questions to his coworkers while filing our tax return, clearly he had no idea of what he was doing. We filed on February 13th, and we got a letter from IRS saying we were missing some documents. Why did we pay 300$ to H&R blocks? Bad service, they made ton of mistakes, and now is May 20th and we havent gotten our tax return. Dont waist your money on H&R block, do it yuorself or go somewhere else. read full review »
