I was referred to them by PC Shield Deluxe when I complained I wanted to remove the PC Shield Deluxe as it had expired and I won't use it again. Iyogi spent one hour diddling around on my laptop, but trying to sell me their pkg for "protection". i said: i'll ck it out but right now, all I want is what you promised: get rid of the PC Shield Deluxe...more diddling, put me on hold for "minute", 10 minutes later i saw they did not know how to remove it either, used up nearly an hour's worth of my cell minutes. i disconnected and hung up.
